Relaciones entre política pública, emprendimiento social e innovación social en jóvenes rurales del oriente de Caldas, Colombia

Resumen
Este estudio busca comprender las relaciones de la política pública con el emprendimiento y la innovación social en jóvenes rurales del departamento de Caldas, Colombia. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo, se plantea un modelo teórico que traza la generación de innovación social desde el emprendimiento social y muestra la interacción y configuración de los mecanismos causales que intervienen allí. Este se contrastó en siete emprendimientos sociales liderados por jóvenes rurales del departamento de Caldas, mediante la metodología del Process Tracing empleando la entrevista a profundidad. Los resultados evidencian que existen dispositivos de la política pública que inciden en los emprendimientos sociales. Adicionalmente, señalan que son diversos los sistemas formales de la política pública, o desde el enfoque Neoinstitucional reglas formales (formación, financiación, desarrollo tecnológico y fortalecimiento de redes), que aportan con la configuración de capital social.
This study seeks to understand the relationships between public policy and entrepreneurship and social innovation among rural youth in the Department of Caldas, Colombia. To achieve this objective, a theoretical model is proposed that traces the generation of social innovation from social entrepreneurship and shows the interaction and configuration of the causal mechanisms involved. Additionally, they indicate that there are various formal systems of public policy, or from the Neo-institutional approach formal rules (training, financing, technological development and network strengthening), that contribute to the configuration of social capital.
